Dear Valued Guests and Friends,

This week Amador County was fast tracked on Phase 2 reopening. This allows for dine-in service with limitations and precautions.
On March 17th, the shift from full-service to take-out was done in a matter of hours. This included the heartbreaking lay off for more than twenty of our staff. A complete reduction of food inventory. A new way of doing business, that we are improving upon each week.

The shift back to reopening the dining room will take more time. We want to ensure proper training of new safety protocols, thoughtful placement of tables to allow for safe distancing and create the best “new abnormal” atmosphere for our guests. In addition, we need to create a new spring menu. Then train the service staff on the new menu. Since the dining room was empty, we gave it a face lift. We think it is a very youthful, fun and needed reset on the look of Taste. There are some final touches that need to be completed.
We will welcome dine-in service when we have completed these pre-opening goals.
The safety of our staff, their families and our guests are our top priority. Please know we want to have you back. We want to keep our staff safe. We want to keep you safe.
Thank you for your understanding, continued support, and never-ending encouragement.
With Gratitude,
Mark, Tracey, Micah and all of the Taste Restaurant and Wine Bar Family
