Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a professional manner on the phone and in person. Will often be the first impression for the guest of the restaurant.
Duties for this position include but not be limited to:
Checking voicemail messages daily
Returning calls/emails and scheduling reservations
Light office duties
Answering phone calls throughout the day
Using reservation system to schedule reservations & set nightly floor plan for service success
Ensure all menus are properly printed, displayed, and stocked for nightly service
Be an excellent team member
Assist in nightly dining room preparation to open restaurant
Greet and seat guests, noting special occasions
Assist team members by delivering food, drinks, clearing and setting tables
Work safely and cleanly
Always be smiling
This position is Thursday – Monday.
