Plein Air Winery is a genuine family endeavor. Founded by Tom and Sarah alongside their son, Dan, Plein Air brings a deep passion for precision winemaking to the Sierra Foothills. Having spent years honing his craft across premier California wineries, Dan is thrilled to be in Plymouth to create small-production, low-intervention wines sourced from their family estate and select foothill vineyards. Every bottle reflects their obsession with detail, reverence for the land, and strong family values.
To celebrate the season, we are pairing Plein Air’s standout wines with a custom 4-course seasonal luncheon designed to highlight each pour. Whether you’re gathering early with close friends for a holiday "Friends-mas" celebration or gifting a memorable afternoon experience to someone special, this lunch offers a cozy seat at the table to slow down and savor great food, exceptional wine, and warm small-town hospitality.
